With the Christmas season upon us, (and Hanukkah for some) it is the time to reflect on the goodness in life. We are, for the most part, happy and healthy...how fortunate we are. That is my goal for you my slave to have a happy and healthy life, may you have all you desire. This Christmas I want you to follow through on this assignment. I want you to find a Food Bank in your area. Whatever it might be called locally, this is a place that feeds the poorest families and the homeless. Let your most generous nature take over and from your pantry or from a visit to the supermarket, buy a big bag of groceries. you might want to contact the Food Bank for suggested items they are in need of, things like peanut butter, canned soups, beans, vegetables,pasta, tomato sauces, cereal, can juices. Maybe a tooth brush and tooth paste....or if this is not an option you may make a small donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital...
