HEALTHY UPDATES
Usually feeling helpless and out of control can make someone feel panic and traumatized. But, when you are helpless and out of control for your Domina, you trust Me to make you feel calm and relaxed with the additional rewards of pleasure and arousal. Have routines that serve you well. Strictly follow your local Health Authority and their COVID-19 guidance. Stay at home except for absolute necessities. Keep socially distant from others. When you come home, assume things you bring into the house need cleaning. Clean door knobs, etc. But the MOST important thing is to wash your hands frequently, and get into the habit of NOT touching your face----how is the first MONTH of HEALTHY changes/habbits working for you. Stay physically active even if confined. Expend energy with exercise to increase your heart rate which can help discharge stress. Get your rest.
